Cadets and Officers from 1871 (Rugeley) Sqn turned up to an official hand over of their 2 new minibuses courtesy of Bristol Street Motors on Tuesday 11th of August 2005.
Patricia Swinnerton-Cooper a member of the Civilian committee at Rugeley Sqn and Accountant at Bristol Street Motors, kindly arranged for the sponsorship of the two minibuses to the Squadron for the cadet's use.
All cadets and staff are extremely pleased with the contribution, as they have found it difficult to travel to and from squadron activities in the past. Activity weekends can now be arranged for the sqn to attend with the help of the minibuses.
We would like to thank Bristol Street Motors for the use of these minibuses and wish them the best in the future.
