You can now download the Staffordshire Wing Calendar so that it can be imported into programs such as Microsoft Outlook.

Importing the Calendar

Importing the calendar into your favorite application is quite simple. Below is a tutorial for Microsoft Outlook. For help with other applications, raise a support ticket with Staffordshire Wing Technical Services via our eSupport service.

Microsoft Outlook 2002

Select the 'File' menu and then 'Import and Export'.

From the list in the dialogue box, select 'Import from another program or file' and then click 'Next'.

Select 'Comma Separated Values (Windows)' as the file type, then click 'Next'.

Now browse to the 'Calendar.csv' file that you have just downloaded. Make sure the 'Replace duplicates with items imported' option is checked, then click 'Next'.

Select 'Calendar' as the destination folder, the click 'Next'.

Finally click 'Finish' to import the calendar.
